Sharpening Stones give Power. Maintenance Oils give Precision.

EXCEPT…

Quality Maintenance Oil is ‘Gain Power equal to 5% of your toughness’. This should be Precision, not Power.

There is a 5% Power Sharpening Stone but not a 5% Precision Maintenance Oil.

It does give Precision, you can check the stats yourself. It simply has incorrect text.
