Why when I completed everything in the achievement list I only have 15/16???? I think this is a bug. If not, please tell me what i need to do. Thank you for help

There isn’t enough in that category to get the meta achievement, you need to do the daily activity associated with the jubilee a few times to make up the missing points.

Check your daily achievement category and look for the one with the special icon.
