Guild Wars 2

SO I was walking back to the main city north of queens dale, and I decided, oh I will take look at in warehouse/bank. NOPE. My character/client crashed and now every time I try to log in it crashes leaving the character UN-playable. So any Ideas on how to fix this?

That city is Divinity’s Reach.
First thing I would try is to repair the .dat.

Instructions can be found at https://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8981 and click on “How do I repair the game client?” then select the other option based on your OS.

Including a copy of the crash report would also be useful but this would belong in the tech support section.

If that doesn’t help, you can try to temporarily guesting another (lower population) server, try logging onto that character, if it’s a success, move that character elsewhere (probably not lion’s arch either).

Please post back and let us know what works, no one ever posts back after they have this issue to confirm if they fixed this and how lol.
