It would not be in your Inventory, but in your mail. Top left of screen – click the envelope icon.
If it is not there, sometimes logging out and back in will send mail that has not arrived. Or, a -repair of the client (instructions in the KB found at Top of Page – Services/Support).

Correct, it’s mailed to you, it’s not an item in your inventory. If you already have too many mail items, you’ll need to clear out your mailbox to make room for new mail. If it still doesn’t arrive within a few minutes of cleaning your mailbox, try logging out and back in, or switching maps.
