Yesterday I had multiple times where the queue popped, I accepted, and then about 30 seconds later the queue dropped and I had dishonor. Today it just happened again, and I have many stacks of dishonor at this point. It’s very annoying and there’s no good reason for it, why does it happen?

Try solo or duo queueing. If you try to team up in larger numbers you will instantly be dishonored iirc.

Ok thanks, that sort of helps. Still it’s silly for everyone to get dishonored for one person not accepting.
