Quick Draw doesn’t work with Swoop. The accelerated recharge starts before the leap finishes & after it’s finished it resets to the original long cool-down.

Want to confirm this bug
If you trait greatsword skills cooldown, after the 1st animation the skill will begin the 9s cooldown, but jumps back up to 11s following the 2nd animation.
quick draw doesn’t work with whirling defense either (axe 5 skill)
