Guild Wars 2

As the title states, Vol.3 Is Bugged. For the Confetti, you need BlackPowder. In the description at the Huntsman, you know to get them from Thegren Topjaw in Tela Range (Plains of Ashford) – the Heart Vendor. I have completed the heart, but she does not sell the BlackPowder item.

Bumping this as it’s still bugged as of today 10/30/2015 7:20 am EST.

Also am having trouble getting the Skritt Trickery item (over 10 Skritt Burgulars killed including the SW jp one and counting with no drop).
