If you talk to the heralds, somewhere down the line if you ask about the Priory Field Reporters, they will say there is one by the refugees in Hoelbrak, and another by the Durmand Memorial in Lion’s Arch.
There is no Durmand Memorial in Lion’s Arch, but there is a Durmand Dig Site, near a Moran Memorial.
The dig site is not actually related to Durmand himself.
So i think this is a typo error.
