Anytime, my heal is on cooldown, it gets automatically used. I’m using a Logitech Keyboard/Mouseg600.
Anytime my heal is off cooldown and ready to be utlized, it’s automatically consumed whether I manually use it or not. Anytime I switch legendaries and the heal for that respective legendary is off CD, it’s consumed whether I need it or not. I’ve unbound every ability and Restored defaults as well as disabled my keyboard and mouse and went as far as unplugging them and still, my heal is consumed as soon as it comes off CD no matter if anything is plugged into my computer.
Any ideas?
My Revenant recently developed a similar problem though with the first utility skill rather than the heal.

Can you post a picture of your skill bar? Is there an arrow circling around the boundary of the box for this skill?
Bah. I figured out how to fix it (left control + right click over the skill icon).
