Help! I equipped the new Radiant gloves and when I use juggernaut… my hands disappear!!!!! How can I effectively use my hammer when I have no hands? Help me Anet, you’re my only hope….

I am having the same bug, I got really dissapointed…

yeah, very disappointing that hands disappeared.

Fix this asap please. Also, the glow is way reduced in combat with Juggernaut’s effect active. => not what we were hoping for!!

P.S.: And while we’re at it, the footsteps are a huge shame compared to all the others currently!

Haven’t seen this bug, but when I stealth on my thief, I get multiple overlapping squares for hands.

I’m going to choose Hellfire set… I’m I to expect the same results with the Juggernaut effect with them as well?

I believe I heard that hellfire has the same issue but not certain on that as I cannot test it because I picked Radiant. Don’t quote me on that as I believe I read it somewhere and cannot remember where and I have no direct link to the source…

Hellfire have no issue, they are technically similar to the Molten gloves.
Only Radiant are bugged.

I have the same issue and I was pretty dissapointed. But after a while of starring at my amputated Norn warrior, I started to laugh my kitten off.

I mean it looks pretty hilarious and to be honest, the gloves hardly match other armor sets or color combinations.

Many people will run around with those and they’ll become overly common. I wont stick long to those, so it’s not a terrible issue to me.

But regardless of the things i stated, they should still fix it.

Also I dunno if this should be in a separate thread, and I left my screenshots at home (im at work), but the glowing effect on my phantasms is a square with my characters face texture, as well as her mouth flat and eye flats.

Oh and the glow shows up as squares when I go invisible too.

Aside from that they work fine on a mesmer.

Really excited to get the shoulders tonight and not be able to wear those either.

Try using a Omnom Ghostberry,be Ready to freak yourself out because faces start to appear on those squares ( No joke,test it out)

Chaos Gloves in Guild Wars had a slightly similar looking effect in that if your character entered water past their forearms, their hands and forearms would disappear and be replaced by a stub.

(You could probably do that with other situations, I just remember that one in particular.)

Seems perfectly fine when equipped on my Thief (Human) so does my buddy. However, when going invisible the area bugs out with 3 – 4 squares seen in one of the SS.

My guess in going invisible with the glow effect isn’t being registered.

Very annoying to see.

……….Umm…. Thieves cannot equip the legendary hammer Juggernaut…. :S Although, I admit it would be very cool to unstealth and send someone flying across the room

Haha! I meant the Radiant piece. Going into stealth the glow effect is replaced by squares, 3 – 4 of them.

Really hope this gets fixed soon – or at least acknowledged… Getting really close to my Juggernaut and this already is an annoying bug.

They had responded saying that the issue with Radiant Armor and the Juggernaut was in their tracker a little over a month ago. Radiant armor also causes a lot of problems with several other game elements, especially skill effects (phantasms, spectral walk, stealth, etc). I’m hoping we will see the Radiant issues resolved in the big October update.
