I noticed 3 bugs with the twisted maze in the 3rd raid wing
1) If you fall down and open glider in the last moments before impact you will not die because the bottom is not marked as death zone. Works as a safe spot against reaching 99 stacks of madness, because the madness stacks stop at the bottom of the map for some reason.
2) Mildly Insane achievement bugged: Gets removed when you go downed. Does not get removed if someone in squad reaches 99 stacks.
3) Evasive Maneuver achievement bugged: Gets removed when you go downed. Does not get removed when you get ported by the statue.
As you can see both achievements are currently bugged to being worthless.
