Guild Wars 2

For the past few days the Skill point at rally waypoint in the Straits of Devastation is broken. The Vigil Tactician that is suppose to give it to you is not there. This is the last skill point I and many others need to finish the zone.

I believe this is the problem I faced last night… this is skill point that is at the top of the mountain, right? I am not even sure I could work out how to reach the point… or is it some guy on the ground? Me and a friend were trying to work out how to reach there, but despite spending a good 30 minutes, we could find no way up.

Any clues / hints would be appreciated! And have been searching on google/ youtube to no avail….

According to some people in chat, this skill point is bugged….. the skill point should just be in the camp, NOT on top of the mountain.

Hopefully it will be patched soon!

The skill point has moved, but it doesn’t activate. Still bugged, but differently.

Still bugged as of 20 Sep. Supposedly he should spawn in the cave, and it does show him being alive. However, he is nowhere to be found.

please fix this…

still bug, this is the last skill point i need for this zone. please fix 9/21

No one can find the NPC for this skill point for Sanctum of Rall.
