I keep randomly getting disconnected from the game. Is something going on which is causing this?

4x in an hour and now i can’t log in.

someone please get the hamsters some redbull or something ????

Yep DC 5 times in last 30 mins :?

Just tried to log on for the first time today and twice it gave me some error code and disconnected me. First time just sat at loading lions arch screen and the error code popped up.

Its really irritating.

Am I entitled to a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase? I am pretty fed up with the lack of help.

You can’t get a response from support, if you never file a ticket.. so I believe you.. you have never filed a ticket..

I managed to finish my daily events in Tangled Depths and then quit. I got DC’ed so many times that it was ridiculous.

So much for trying to play tonight.

Around 10:30pm est last night we had atleast 3 rolling disconnects, by 3 I mean after that I went to bed.

It was in the very least impacting atleast 21 people (we had a 24man guild squad and 21 people got bounced, team speak helped confirmed)

I would assume it was very wide spread becuase our side during the disconnects flipped sm and they flipped it back all within 15mins without any zerg defense, with little numbers, during issue.

I assume this was game wide, but if it’s helpful, this was affecting DB and their current wvw matchups at that timeframe

ridiculous… tons of PING and DCs numerous times (lost counting after 4th) in less than 30 mins… This keeps going for weeks now…. -.-

and the DC…. 15 characters….

Same problems here. Tried to do Teq the past 2 nights and the ping was ridiculous- could barely hit a thing due to 2 minute skill lag and 3 disconnects
