During my Story Quest “Pets and Walls Make Stronger Kraals” I noticed the Shatterers Shadow would keep showing up flying above me. When I looked up this is what I saw.

And he would repeat this over and over again after flying away.

That’s not a bug. Shatterer is always flying in the sky of Blazeridge Steppes. That story quest takes place in Blazeridge Steppes. If you look up in Malchor’s Leap and Cursed Shore (maybe even Straits of Devastation, too), you’ll see dragons flying around up there, too.

There is a Difference. He will respawn on the same stop about 3 seconds after he flys away from standing in mid air like the video shows.
