Guild Wars 2

Hey there,

I’m quite surprised this still isn’t fixed, the game sometimes decides to just randomly black screen (sound still plays, however you are disconnected).

It happens at seemingly random moments too (and no, it’s not my hardware, gw is the ONLY game showing this problems). Which is EXTREMELY bothersome… last time it happened at the exact END of dragons map (don’t know the name exactly, the one with the giant serpent/dragon mordremoth at the end), so no rewards for me, because couldn’t get back into the map I just spend an hour on.

My brother is having the EXACT same problem and is using different hardware, except the graphics card and the fact he also is using 2 monitors (gw2 is running on one screen).

Some extra info about my hardware:
i7 5960-x
32GB DDR4 RAM
Nvidia GTX1080Ti
(they are all just how they were outside of the box, I don’t overclock).
And 2 monitors running at 144Hz (gw capped at 60 fps).

Could this PLEASE be looked at?
