They sent out the reward for these people who had trouble with the karka event (like disconnected and did not get the chest) from the final one-time Lost Shore event (~18th Nov).
If you received it although you did not deserve it (e.g. you never participated in this event), you can write to the support team for advice.
How they replied in similar cases (as I remember) you can feel lucky and keep the items, even if you actually did not deserve it. (But I do not guarantee that it is indeed so)
Otherwise you can delete them now and don’t write to the support team.
Or you keep them for yourself, enjoy them and keep quiet about that topic. ;-)
But the best thing would be the support ticket. Just to be clear that I don’t want to encourage you to do “illegal” things. (I doubt they would count it that way, but you never know ^^)
Its for anyone regardless whether they participated or not, but there is a problem with some (like me) that haven’t gotten theirs yet.

I just did Lost Shores in the 2 first days, but I lost the last one.
So they didn’t gave this box to me.
Then, people who have participated in the most part of the event, but lost the last day… get nothing? And people who just participated in the last day get all the rewards?

I received the karka box and I didn’t participate in the final event. I was in the area though.
