Guild Wars 2

I hit preview on a karma vendor and it purchased a 42k karma pair of gloves how do i go about getting my karma refunded. there needs to be a accept button on buying exotics.

Same happened to me…twice. One piece had stats I wanted but the other is just a waste of a lot of time and karma.

Would like to have the karma refunded or the item exchanged for one that has stats I would actually use.

this person kinda had the same problem execpt he wanted to purchase the item its just the item he purchased wasnt the item he recived and hes reply from anet wasnt what he watned to hear. sounds like your sol be more careful next time.

For the foreseeable future, all in-game purchases such as those made with Karma, gold, or dungeon rewards are final, so please be extra cautious when making these types of purchases.
