Pet’s F2 (and possibly normal skills) stay “chilled” even after the condition expires/removed. Swapping pets doesn’t seem to fix the issue unless you leave combat…

Remember to pay attention to your pet as an individual entity. These NPCs are susceptible to conditions and environmental effects just like yourself.

Meaning: a pet can be “chilled” too which will affect the timer as the skill is actually specific to the pet and not the player.

It’s not chill condition, happened to me yesterday couple of times. Pets are just perma chilled without having chill condition on themselves. Swapping pets does not help.
