I’m not sure if this was what was intended from the start, but I used to be able to stack a bit of swiftness on myself with Strength of the Pack and We Heal As One when running around in WvW and PvE. Now it seems as though it gives me what my pet has without stacking on top of my boons. I’m pretty sure before I could give myself a few more seconds of swiftness on top of what I already had to maintain it and since the last major patch it hasn’t been working that way.

Was being able to stack on top of boons a bug to begin with? I know I have the warhorn to give even more swiftness, but I remember being able to do this.

Go to any WvW map (or edge of the mists) and check your specializations (traits).

Your WvW build is separate from PvE. It was a handy feature they added when they revamped the trait system shortly before HoT launched. The problem is some people don’t know it, and their trait setup was defaulted the first time they entered WvW after the update.

What you want is this:

Trait line: Beastmastery
First column, bottom: Resounding Timbre

Shouts apply regeneration and swiftness to allies. Reduces recharge on shouts.

It works for ‘We Heal as One’ since it’s a shout, granting swiftness when used.

There’s something charming about rangers.
