The Ranger Skirmishing Trait II (Sharpened Edges) states:
Chance to cause bleeding on critical hits.
- Chance on Critical Hit: 0%
- Bleeding (2½s): 85 Damage
A trait stating that it gives a chance to cause bleeding on critical hits, should actually give a chance to cause bleeding on critical hits.
Is this a typo’ed tool-tip issue or does this trait actually give a 0% (as in less than 1%) chance to inflict bleeding on critical hits?

Was looking for the same info, why have a trait that “bleeds” 0% of critical hits, no longer using Sharpened Edges till this is cleared up
I have yet to find anything that could be causing this to show 0% other than it actually being bugged/a typo.
Also no longer using Sharpened Edges until this is resolved/corrected.

Thanks I forwarded this along to the team.
Thank you very much, Tyler, for this as well as your other good deeds and excellent work.
Checking in… any news on this trait? I am hoping it is just a type that will get fixed in a future patch, or is it a broken trait? Looking to do a lot of bloodletting with my new ranger.

The trait itself does work, no idea if it is the correct percentage. Too much work to figure that part out bet even at 25% crit chance I see it proc fairly often.
