Edit: tested away from the Statues still same effect 5secs of regen , some times randomly applies 12seconds.

I just noticed this myself. I’ve been trying out warhorn the last few days with a boon duration build. With 60% boon duration, I should be getting 16 sec regen, as it says in the tool tip, but it’s only 8 sec. With 20% boon duration it’s 6 sec, instead of 12 as it should be.

I’ve sent in a bug report.
