The grandmaster ranger trait: ‘Lead the Wind’ adds 10% to attack speed
From GW2 wiki: The activation time of an attack skill is equal to the attack speed, except when the attack skill has an activation time listed.
Therefore no attack speeds are increased unless there is no attack speed in the first instance meaning that the attack speed buff does exactly nothing at all, I am not sure if this is a nerf or some kind of insane oversight of logic but I feel the work arround would be to apply the attack speed bonus to the traits in the same regard as quickness instead.
