Description: About a week or so ago I submitted a bug report in regards to my characters trinkets going missing. Normally, if I had exotic trinkets I wouldn’t be so concerned with this issue and I would just buy a new set. Unfortunately I have lost a complete set of Ascended trinkets. I do not know what happened to them or why they are gone, around the time I noticed this problem I was running around with my character through the heart of thorns expansion and I noticed that my quiver was gone from my character. I opened my equipment sheet to find everything gone.

The gear I am missing includes:
Call of The Wild – Amulet
Ring of Red Death – Ring
Crystalline Band – Ring
Althea’s Ashes – Accessory
Magisters Field Journal – Accessory
Quiver of Swift Flight – Back Item

I understand this is a difficult thing to prove, but I spent a lot of time and effort crafting and/or collecting laurels for all these trinkets and I would not be posting here otherwise.

As proof of already owning at least the Quiver of Swift Flight (because I cannot transmute the look of all the other trinkets that were on my character) I can show you that I have the quiver’s skin unlocked on my character’s wardrobe section.

In reference to the rare level trinkets equipped on my character in the above screenshot, I have bought those as a stop gap measure to replace some of my stats while I resolve this issue.

The forums are good for alerting about bugs (or investigating them); you need a ticket to get someone to help you track down what happened for you personally.

While you wait for a response from the CS Team, you might check your bank and all other characters, just in case.

Also, make sure your account is secure, and no one else can access it.

Or use an app like gw2efficiency to check all items owned.
