This has started happening since the August 08 patch.
Frequently now, the pet F2 skill will go on cooldown as if the pet is suffering from the Chill condition.
There appears to be no pattern as to why it starts happening. I tried swapping traits, weapons, gear, etc. It happens under the same conditions, from what I can tell, as when it doesn’t happen…
It even affects the elite spec demo characters.
This is seriously hampering as a permanent 66% cooldown increase on pet abilities is a major disadvantage, especially for Rangers that trait with Beastmastery for reduced pet cooldowns.
