I looked around for this bug before posting, but I wasn’t able to find it, but perhaps it’s buried, so apologies if this has already been reported.
I am level 50 and have spec’ed into the skill that lowers the regeneration time of my pets’ special abilities. When I have my eagle out, the 6 second timer on it on the tooltip says it’s been reduced to 4.75, but when I repeatedly click on it, it does not fire until after the actual 6 seconds. Or does not click at all in some instances.
