Guild Wars 2

I was using a 1 h sword and dagger on a new character, every time I attacked a mob and used the 1 skill it jumped me around if I hit the 1 key again while fighting it. Also the 2 and 3 key would not sync up when fighting the same mob.

I think this is expected. The sword has a 3 hit combo, and the 3rd hit is supposed to move your character (leaps to target):

Slash (ranger sword skill)
Slash – Slash your foe.
Kick – Kick your foe, crippling them for a short time.
Pounce – Leap at your foe, striking them. Your pet gains might.
