Anyone else having problems with Windborne notes only applying 6 seconds of regeneration instead of 12. And ambidexterity not properly applying the condition damage bonus when switching to your torch/dagger set? Rangers are always getting kitten updates.

Windborne Notes is only applying 6 seconds of regen for me too.
