Rank 9 Reward 1 rabbit chest & 1 deer chest (no deer chest in inv)

As per title, reward pop up showed both chests but only a rabbit was delivered…
Now this is not the first time something like this has happened to me, I have been pretty understanding. But, with no way of getting compensation this is getting extremely annoying.
