Rascal Armor applies a strange discoloration on human female necks.
Its not shadow, im certain of that atleast.
During the day, its fairly noticable. During the night however, it turns completely grey.
The same discoloration will not show up in preview or in the hero panel, however it will show if you use a makeover kit. Its present on all skintones (was hoping i could get rid of it by changing skintones).
Anyone else noticed this issue?
