She is literally swimming in this coat, and there is so much space between the player model and the coat model when looking up the front. And look at that booty. I believe this coat needs to be fixed to properly scale with the character frame type.

looks like its a lot more than just the rascal armor, the cultural tier 2 is also not fitting her frame.
