The Asura gate from Rata Sum to Lion’s Arch is at the North End of Creator’s Commons, near the Magustan Court Waypoint. Since the rebuilt LA patch, taking the Rata Sum gate in LA dumps you at the South-East end near Metrical Court Waypoint, though. This didn’t use to happen before and should probably be fixed at some point.

Do you mean the LA→ Rata portal? That one dumps you at the ‘wrong’ location.

(The Rata → LA port takes you to the expected spot in LA.)

Noticed this too. Was a little confused when I went to jump on the vines for the vista and they weren’t there. I checked all of the other portals and they’re all fine, it’s just the one to Rata Sum that is doing this.

The title (above) looks to me as the referring “Rata Sum to LA” portal, which is why I asked.

The first time I used this after the patch, I ran down to Metrica, as usual, to find myself in the wrong courtyard! I ran to the next one…still wrong! Lol. Ended up back where I started. Which is convenient, but not how it was before.

yep this happen s to me too

I reported this bug in-game pre-7/7 patch. I’m sad they didn’t fix it. :/
