So i have been trying to complete this story line for the past 2 days and it is always bugged. every time i swim into the water the VOED will disappear and turn into my normal underwater skill, and i cannot find the artifact without the VOED. am i doing something wrong or is it always buggy like that? how am i supposed to finish this chapter?
