Realm Defender & Master of Disaster glitched
I think its on purpose. Some people wasted supplies to level those achievements.
But repair master (use supply on walls and gates) is still normal.

I, too have both of these achievements showing as Completed with 15 AP each. Looking at the wiki, it says that they’re supposed to be worth 56 AP each once completed. Additionally, if you click on the achievement, it says that only 10 supply has been used to complete it, whereas it’s supposed to be 2,500,000.

Probably because repairing walls does not waste supplies, at least not an infinite amount like rams and trebuchet spam.

I wonder if it was only wasting of time or they will fix it
