Realm of the mad king 100% un-playable.
If you cannot tell from the screenshots, all geometry turns transparent when your camera hits cloud/fog which in “mad kings realm” happens everywhere.
Try to turn off “reflections” in the graphics options.

Found the error, it was outside of GW, if you, in NVidia control panel, tells it to render with AA, it will produce this result.
