Reaper’s Touch still does not have the proper cool down when the Spiteful Talisman Trait is being used.
Normal CD is 18. When I have Spiteful Talisman, which is suppose to reduce cool downs on the focus, Reaper’s Touch still has the same CD of 18 seconds, not the 14 seconds the tooltip says.

Also, the range on Reaper’s Touch is still 900 when it should be 1200. Spinal Shiver’s tool-tip is incorrect; it reads that it chills and applies vulnerability, but still does its normal tool-tip effects.
