Q:
I chose the Zephyrite Wind Helm, and even though I double checked with the preview window, I still received the Lightning Helm. Not sure if it was when I went into my inventory or when I transferred it between players using my Bank. Regardless, I really prefer not to have the pink. 
Especially since I used it for the Ticket that dropped.
