Not fixed. Worsened. Ride the Lightening now creates a ‘no bar’.

Note, Mist Form also creates a ‘no bar’. This results in attunement related traits and skills not functioning. For example, Glyph of Elemental Harmony not proccing the water related boon and thus condition removing trait.

No bar from mist form is working as intented as it is since pre alpha of game.

No bar from RTL. kitten dont remind me. This was stealth nerfed after release or between BWEs. I really want to have the bar back again while RTL

I’d continue with a ‘no bar’ in Mist Form for obvious balance issues, however the fix I should think was to retain the players current element attunment.
