After this patch that we got less than an hour ago it seems the suspicious locations are not rewarding personal trick or treat bags now. I’ve tried this on 2 fresh characters that haven’t done anything related to the event in the last 24 hours and they cannot collect on these. The trigger location works but the ones that you collect at are empty.
