We tried to queue for unranked, the queue popped, we hit accept and since then we have been stuck with this window on our screens. Relogging, Restarting the game, disbanding the party – nothing has worked so far.
The bug follows us around everywhere, even when leaving Heart of the Mists as seen on above screenshots. We can’t do anything at all right now except for Silverwastes Chest Farm?
E: If you don’t fix this we will queue kitten thieves in PvP for a week.
I hope they are working on it. This is some poor PR if not only they cant make the beta work for EU but they crash ALL pvp doing it.

I can’t queue for any pvp mode anymore, I got the “Unranked Arena” Screen stuck in my pvp panel without actually being in a queue – even after reconnecting/restarting pc/restarting router/repairing client
It will just be there like in the screenshot when I open the PvP menu for the first time after coming from character selection screen …
nothing makes it revert, even going into wvw etc. which should drop any active queues anyways…

ok i dont have all day to wait fix this bug.i believe in you to fix this and im waiting an exsuse in game or here for all this waiting.You have also to learn respect the good players. gl
I have the same problem as descripted nmemoric, can’t enter any kind of queue and have the “ranked arena” message stuck there (instead of unranked, same kitten unfortunately)
We’ve seen today more PvP activity than ever and that caused some friction on our servers. We’ve deployed a fix soon after discovering what was wrong, but the previous issue might have put some of you in a weird state which prevents you from getting in queue correctly.
The symptom of that state is that you’ll see an “Exit the PvP lobby” button next to an “Unranked arena” queue panel with no other information on it.
For now, I believe that this state can be resolved by disconnecting (entirely closing the client) for at least 10 minutes. Doing so clears up some internal state bound to your account, and should allow you to re-enter queue.
I’m still investigating, so please let me know if this didn’t help!
Ty, I’m now able to log in and not have the match-making prompt being stuck in my face.
I’ll check back later to report further issues, if there are any.
