Recieved gift of the dragon bash

A guildmate just got the above mentioned gift of the dragonbash after logging to a twink, I got mine shortly afterwards when porting to LA.
As far as I know this should be rewarded after watching the next weekend upcoming fireworks

Same here, I just restarted the game and earned “The big boom in the big city” achievement and the reward.
