Revenant Runes are currently unattainable outside of reward gear (unbreakable) and using an upgrade extractor. There is no recipe or discovery available. Therefore, unless you are lucky enough to find gear that has the rune and are willing to buy an upgrade extractor, you CANNOT create runes of the herald.
Please fix this ASAP!
