I completed the Krait weapon skin collections and got this Recipe as a reward but I cannot learn it, double clicking does nothing, right clicking only brings up the option to destroy, I don’t already know it and my artificing is 500.
Anyone else having this trouble?
Are you in Heart of the Mists? There is a funny issue where you can’t learn recipes or use some items in HotM.
Not an issue. You are not allowed to use most consumables there.
