Guild Wars 2

I completed the Ogre collection, got the Recipe: Ogre Sharpening Stone, but nothing happens when I click on it. It’s supposed to unlock the recipe so I can make them?

Same here. It shows “Weaponsmith (400)” in green but double-clicking doesn’t do anything and right-clicking only shows “Destroy”. I checked that I don’t already know that recipe.

Edit: Leaving WvW fixed the issue as described in another forum post.
