Guild Wars 2

The NPC “Urmaug” is supposed to be near the Durmand Priory. That NPC sells the
“Recipe: Sharpening Stone Station”, but actually he does not, although the wiki says so:

Where can I find that recipe now?

I know after the introduction of this living story he was selling it, but it got removed (from Urmaug) somewhere along the line. Cause it wasn’t in the release notes I consider this to be a bug.
