Reddit collection of issues
WvW:
- WvW dolyaks can be shown physically and on the map in one location but actually be meters forward or back along its path.
- WvW maps still have abusable areas of invincibility near spawn points.
Fractals:
- Molten Facility: Can bug out when the players enter the cage area before Rox and Braham.
- Agony: Has no tooltip that says anything about healing reduction while you have that debuff.
- Mai Trin cannon phase AoE markers are not always accurate.
- Cliffside first Archdiviner boss’s spin attack that shoots purple projectiles hits twice, out of synch with the single projectiles that he launches.
- Cliffside boss fight- on Ranger, when the seal is hit, your pet is automatically swapped due to the stun transformation. However, it is not healed. If your pet was dead before, you have to wait 1 minute before you can swap to it, and it’s still dead when you swap to it.
- When you fall off the edge in any fractal and hit death zones, you’re instantly killed and your armor damaged, even if you weren’t in combat when you fell. This was introduced in a patch a while back. Before this, when you fell, you would simply appear at the most recent checkpoint, downed, but not dead. Dead isn’t a problem- it’s more that the armor gets damaged even when you’re not in combat.
- Molten Weapon Facility end chest only drops 1 piece of blue or better gear and extremely rarely a core, as opposed to other fractals which at minimum have 2 greens and 1 blue which can be rolled for better gear. (This is not counting fractal relics and agony infusions, which are consistent).
- Shockwave attacks (Molten Facility Fractal, Molten Duo, Teq waves) jumping over them should actually sync correctly. sometimes you have to jump into the wave to clear it, sometimes jump after its hit you, only sometimes does the jump actually look right.
- AoE warning circles (red and orange versions) should actually indicate hit range. Clearly standing between two AoEs without touching either shouldn’t result in you being hit by both.
- Cliffside Fractal hammer can still be lost and unreachable by players.
- Switching skills curse them to share a cd of a skill you have equipped
- Aegis will be removed in the Asura fractal as soon as someone is in fight with a harpy
- Duo Boss: The Berserker can hit you with his Hammer skill insted the person he ported himself to even when you are out of range
- Ascalon fractal siege is not hitable with ranged weapons only in melee or aoe
- Mossman can still be bugged in the water so he stays there an get killed without hitting you once
- In the Imbued Shaman fight in fractals, the burning ground effect often triggers even when you are moving
- In the final seal with in cliffside fractals, the Archdiviner’s axe swing has over 300 range which is completely untelegraphed by its animation. He will also always cast his huge AoE spell after the pull-in, even if he gets CC’d or switches to invul phase inbetween (no other boss in the game acts so)
- In the Dredge Powersuit fight in fractals, the boss’s default melee attack (Stab) is actually a 360 degree AoE that hits behind its back, the opposite of what its animation is suggesting
Dungeons:
- Dungeons bugging out. Especially AC P2/P3, NPC just stands there or follows you and won’t move to/activate the next part for seemingly no reason.
- CoE, fighting Alpha, getting frozen in the crystal will result in all your skills being frozen, after the crystal is broken for too long.
Race:
- Upside down Charr footsteps in snow.
General:
- some LS episodes can bug out (achievements and instances )
- Leap skills, specifically Rocket Boots (engi) and Heartseeker (thief), will let you go the full distance and, in the case of Rocket Boots, you will go the way you just came from meaning you are back where you started, or for Heartseeker, after the first leap, the second cast of it will flip you 180 degrees negating the distance just jumped (on non-targeted leaps).
- Turrets at Tequatl will jam up if used too often and you get to sit there while it sorts itself out.
- Immobilize in air shuts you down completely, no way to use skills unless you are on the ground, even instant condi cleanses.
- Sometimes waypointing leaves you in a jittery movement pattern that can only be solved by death and/or waypointing again.
- Personal Story
- Tournament NPC in the mists still tells you about solo ranked and team ranked
- Guild members in chat are shown to be offline and can’t invite them to party until you open guild window, at which point it fixes.
- Downed skills will sometimes cast instantly after you get downed, if you were spamming its button when you took the killing attack (example: on ele, spamming lava font’s keybind, you get downed and instantly use Vapor Form)
- Downed invulnerability ends about 1-0.5s before you can actually use downed skills, leaving room for you to be oneshot without being able to do anything
- Rallying very quickly/instantly after being downed locks you from using skills for 1-2s (while the game would be animating the downed UI)
- Collection unlocking still buggin on some collections.
- Sometimes all your abilities and movement are completely frozen until you use an emote
- Idle Animations (because they were first called as removed by a bug they must be still seen as a bug that they are missing)
- Kraitkin Nighttime Effects aren’t working!
- Teleportationskills used when your weapons are not pulled and you are moving only forward will curse your char to glide over the ground without a running animation (Blink etc.)
- Teleportation Skills also sometimes end up with you in an invisible immobilize where you can’t move for a second or two
- Character model disappears. Will not reappear until you use a transformation tonic or relog.
- Mini pets should keep up with the speed of your character. It makes no sense for them to walk slower, and constantly be teleporting to you. Also why are they displayed on the mini map as an ally!?
*Walking down a hill/stairs and taking falling damage.
Guard
- sometimes staff#2 orb just goes on forever, as if there wasn’t a max range (happens when reflected)
- Guardian Trait “Radiant Retaliation” simply doesn’t work
- Binding Blade shows obstructed or out of range when clearly on range.
- Flashing Blade: Sometimes wont port you to the enemy even in range
- Shield of the Avanger: Shildbubble often not visible the whole time
Ele:
- Vapor form: on instant cd when downed in highdmg fields ( or agony could be the reason )
- The leap of FGS 4 was supposed to receive a +140% damage buff. (September feature pack) The tooltip displays the correct damage but the skill doesn’t actually do the correct damage.
Engi:
- Rifle Netshot causing disappearing mobs if they’re hit mid teleport skill used to have this on those skelk.
- Rocketboots: Rolling backwards form time to time
Necro:
- Fleshgolem: Often going “afk” and wont attack the necros target.
- Minion AI is just the horror.
- Flesh of the Master: instantly kills all minions when the Necromancer is downed or changes level.
- Moa: kills all Necromancer minions (but not any other summon).
Thief:
- Signet of Malice doesn’t heal when using the bazookas at Jormag
- Using Shadowstep won’t always teleport when used (different from using it and instantly porting back).
- Thief signets go on 60 second cd if swapping from one utility to the signet if Shadow Refuge is on cd.
- Shadowstep sometimes doublecasts and ports you back to your initial position immediately after you cast it
Rare cases where being stealth doesn’t show on your character.
Warrior:
- Hammer stun on warrior doesn’t connect downhill.
- GS rush still sends you way past the target on occasion, or through the target leading to no contact on hit
Ranger:
- GS leap will let you leap, but after landing, the skill roots you there for 1 second before having you leap a second time.
- Ranger bows won’t deal damage to structures (Teq fingers etc.) and will give an obstructed message when there is nothing in the way even if the ranger is in point blank range.
- Ranger pets won’t attack structures sometimes and will just stand repeating the idle to moving animation.
- Pet F2 still not reliable. Pets wont act like they should.
- All ranger longbow skills go on full cooldown when interrupted instead of the normal few seconds.
Mesmer:
- Warden is still broken. Phantasmal haste doesn’t work with him.
- Harmonious Mantras, if you go into a new level area you lose the extra charge.
Items:
- LvL 20 scrolls from 1st and 2nd birthday are still not stackable

This is a problem in the Ascalon fractal too as you can’t damage the siege (exception: oil above the doors) there with your arrows either. I assume it’s the same with the burrows in AC as well (I don’t ranger in dungeons).
The other issue with the siege in the Ascalon fractal is that your charrbros (NPCs that follow you) wont’ attack the siege unless it damages them even if you’re attacking it. They wouldn’t help take down the door either. Not a problem in a party really, but took forever when I did it by myself.
You might consider splitting and moving your list to the pertinent sub-forum.
