Hi, I purchased a gem card but when I put the code in the box the redeem button is grayed out and I can’t even click on it.. does anybody know what is the problem!?

Did you include the spaces when you typed in the code? For some reason the new batch of gem cards require you to include the spaces between each group of digits although the old ones did not.

Yes I did, But still no use. It’s grayed out and wont let me click on it(((
