I don’t know if it is a bug or works as design, but reflection effect doesn’t reflect mesmer skill Mirror Blade (GS #2) that seems to be a projectile skill (it is a projectile finisher).

It’s unblockable, unblockable projectiles can’t be blocked or reflected.
