While set to “Terrain & Sky”, reflections are currently rendering characters as well. The programmers may want to check that when set to all, it isn’t rendering multiple copies of all character models (which could possibly explain the horrible performance across high end PCs).
Additional: Just double checked, that screenshot shows objects that weren’t rendered while I was in-game. Just went back in to check, they are only rendered when set to render all reflections, yet somehow the screenshots are showing it rendering all reflections while set to terrain & sky only.
There are some obviously present bugs and poor optimizations here. Like I said, I’d recommend making sure things aren’t being rendered an arbitrary amount of times, and are only being rendered once in the reflections.
