Regarding wardrobe
If you didn’t have the skins on a character/in the bank/in the inventory when the wardrobe system went in, then you didn’t get the skins added to it. And they won’t go back and add them in for you, as far as I know.
Ok I see but how about transmuted parts? I had some pieces already transmuted when the wardrobe system was implemented.
When the change went in, the two most recent skins applied to an item were unlocked. For example: if you had the human t3 chest armor piece and put a different skin on it, both the t3 skin and the second skin would unlock. But if you’d put a third skin over the t3 chest, then the t3 skin wouldn’t have unlocked because it wasn’t one of the two most recent skins used on the item.

Contact support. If it was a gem store purchase, they are typically willing to help (and even if not, they are sometimes able to do something).

It was cultural armor. Sadly, I don’t know of anyone who got those skins replaced after the wardrobe changed (myself included in that).
