We all know cats are afraid of water but since charr killed their own gods why cant revenant use this legend under water?

Is this true for all the other elite spezilisations aswell?

this is not really a bug but more of a anet decision they are usually afraid of using ground target spells underwater cause lel, and since the madcatskills are all groundtarget there you have it. (i still dont see why we cant have jalis underwater though….) I guess you have to wait for legendary largos stance with bubbles expac
